Michael Watt has spent his life improving people's lives and their environments. As an investor and property manager for over 20 years, he has ensured to keep his properties in ideal condition. He moved to the medical/industrial field to help produce life-saving equipment, but remained involved in maintenance of his properties. In 1993, Mike branched out on his own, starting his own remodeling and contracting business. He was invited four years ago to join the Capozzi Team as the Contractor on Staff, bringing his knowledge and expertise to our team and our clients.
Michael continues, as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Staff Contractor, to assist Sellers with preparing their home for sale and Purchasers with their search for a new home.

As a new member of the Capozzi Team, Heather Miller has been a changing force. Her positive attitude resonates throughout the office and her incredible organizational skills help us to be able to achieve such success. Heather brings her extensive knowledge of banking to the Capozzi Team with over 8 years of experience in the banking community. And she gives back to her community through volunteer work at the SPCA and as the former Treasurer of the South Buffalo Chamber.

Robert Evaniak is a True Team Player. Three years ago he left a successful career in Arizona, to come back to his home town of Cheektowaga, to care for a close family member. "MAC" joins the Capozzi Team as a Graphic Design and Marketing consultant. His laid-back personality brings a calm and collective attitude to the team. MAC's attention to detail along with his time management and organizations skills help keep the team on task and running at maximum efficiency. His affinity for art and math ih high school compelled him to go to school for Civil Engineering. He is a graduate of the University at Buffalo with a Bachelors of Science degree.
Upon graduation, MAC procured a graphic design internship at Tomar Sign & Pinstriping while searching for an engineering position. There, he combined his engineering approach with his artistic creativity. His experience of working on a vast array of projects enables him to draw from each of them and aesthetically impress when marketing listings.
